The Challenge:

IT department historically had a mixed track record of delivering value to the business. Projects chronically came in late, had poor quality, poor on-time / on-budget delivery and were viewed by the business as 60% solutions. Organization also had a large number of projects that were not aligned with business objectives.

The Solution:

The HBSC engagement team used its business and technical expertise to analyze and develop optimized PDLC and PMO processes and systems. Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to do the following:

  1. Created customized PDLC to fit current business and SOX compliance requirements
  2. Helped educate organization on new PDLC processes and requirements

  8. Re-engineered inefficient business processes and increased fiscal control
  9. Managed PDLC roll-out and organizational changes through PMO
